On Monday 23rd October, ICARA will have its Annual General Meeting and General Assembly for 2023. The event takes place in Cape Town, South Africa. There are some Board roles up for elections during this event, which are available to ICARA members and researchers in the field of alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and behaviours such as gambling and vaping.
